It isn't just about having a good idea. It's about knowing how to execute it in record time.

It isn't just about having a good idea. It's about knowing how to execute it in record time.

👥 1. Build a balanced team

Don't put three identical devs together. Look for:

  • Someone who knows how to design

  • Someone who can communicate well

  • Someone who writes code without fear

⏳ 2. Don't build everything

MVP is your mantra. Do the minimum functional thing that shows the impact of your idea.

Judges are not looking for the perfect app. They want to see if your solution works.

💡 3. The pitch is worth gold

In 3 minutes you have to answer:

  • What problem are you solving?

  • Why does it matter?

  • How does your solution work?

  • Why is it better than others?

Tip: Show the demo. Nothing is as convincing as seeing it in action!

🧰 4. Lifesaving tools

  • Figma / Penpot: rapid prototyping

  • Replit / Glitch / Vercel: to launch something live

  • ChatGPT / GitHub Copilot: your copilot in the early hours

🚫 5. Avoid these mistakes

  • Starting without defining the problem

  • Leaving the pitch for the very end

  • Not sleeping at all (fried brain = bad ideas)
