Don't put three identical devs. Look for:

• Someone who knows design

• Someone who can communicate well

• Someone who codes fearlessly

⏳ 2. Don't build everything

MVP is your mantra. Do the minimum viable that demonstrates the impact of your idea.

The judges are not looking for the perfect app. They want to see if your solution works.

💡 3. The pitch is worth gold

In 3 minutes you have to answer:

• What problem do you solve?

• Why does it matter?

• How does your solution work?

• Why is it better than others?

Tip: Show the demo. Nothing convinces like seeing it in action!

🧰 4. Tools that save lives

• Figma / Penpot: rapid prototyping

• Replit / Glitch / Vercel: to launch something live

• ChatGPT / GitHub Copilot: your copilot at dawn

🚫 5. Avoid these mistakes

• Starting without defining the problem

• Saving the pitch for last

• Not sleeping at all (fried brain = bad ideas)
